The Crisis Center for South Suburbia is seeking an expert in administrative support to assist and support the Special Events Manager. This person must be very detail oriented and have experience with databases. The Special Events Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Special Events manager, as well as the Development Department and participates in all development events and activities. This position has a significant emphasis on pre and post event duties and in-kind donation processing. Also during high volume times this position may also provide back-up assistance to the Donations Coordinator and Development Associate. The Special Events Assistant will uphold the mission & values of CCSS.
Two years' experience with Special Evnets involvement. Three years experience in providing administrative support. Gift Works or Donor Perfect experience preferred. Ability to use all Google products (Gmail, Docs, Drive).
