The nation’s leading advocacy organization for children’s healthcare seeks a detailed oriented and organized administrative professional to join the Division of Quality to provide administrative support for division activities, including meeting coordination, updating Web sites, and budget management, as well as, coordinate the production and revision of manuals, brochures, policy statements, newsletters, and other materials.
Reporting to the Director, Division of Quality this individual will be responsible for:
Meeting Planning support for division and the Quality Cabinet to include but not limited to: agenda book and material preparation, meeting minutes, monitor travel itineraries and hotel accommodations.
Maintain division Web pages, SharePoint sites, email lists and listservs. Be the point of contact for any technical assistance needed.
Manage and serve as the point of contact for all division web-based tools such as survey monkey, magnet mail, web port, adaptive planner, IT works, zoom, readytalk, etc.
Provide project specific administrative support to division programs and various grant related activities and assist supervisor in developing and monitoring division, program, and grant budgets.
Assist with the creation of newsletters and other communication pieces.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college level coursework in related discipline preferred.
At least 1 year general administrative experience required, preferably including budget coordination or tracking and meeting planning.
Experience in a medical association and maintaining Web sites strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; experience with databases (ie, MS Access) and web software (ie, SharePoint and DreamWeaver) highly desirable.
Some overtime may be required.
