The Clinical Manager monitors productivity, expenses, and revenue of counselors in the assigned geographic area. You will supervise and monitor the clinical interventions provided by counselors to clients in the assigned geographic area and programs. Additionally, you will maintain and provide clinical services to the assigned required caseload, and will sustain personal contacts with churches, schools (especially LCMS), LANs, United Ways, community groups, hospitals, doctors, lawyers and other potential referral sources as needed.
Master’s Degree in Social work preferred but may consider other related areas of study. Licensed Professional in the State of Illinois with at least 5-10 years of clinical and/or supervisory experience required. Experience providing individual, couple, family and group counseling required. Experience working in a non-profit Christian Counseling program preferred. Experience in public speaking required. Experience working with Managed Care and EAP companies and/or clients. Additional certifications and licenses in Family Therapy, Substance Abuse, Employee Assistance Programs and other specializations helpful.
The employee may work in and/or visit Agency offices throughout Illinois and must be able to transport him/herself to these sites. The employee is required to have a valid driver’s license and must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle.
