Clearbrook, dedicated to providing services to children and adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities, is seeking a part-time QIDP for our PURSUIT program in Hanover Park and Rolling Meadows. This unique day program is a partnership with Northwest Suburban Recreational Association (NWSRA).
This position involves overseeing the day program and providing case management services to adults who have an intellectual disability.

Bachelor's degree in a social service related field
One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Valid Illinois Driver's License and good driving record
