Goodwill is seeking an Employment Services Representative to join our team at our location on 6054 S. Western Ave in Englewood.
As an ESR, you will help transform the lives of people in your community by providing case management, job development activities, and job search techniques to clients that utilize the Workforce Connection Center. You will also assist in recruiting and maintaining successful relationships with local employers.

1. High School graduate and a minimum of four years successful work experience in a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred.) 2. Must have a valid driver's license.
Additional qualifications preferred: 1. One year prior experience working as a placement specialist or case manager. 2. One year experience in a leadership capacity.
Additional Salary Information: Negotiable based on experience
