The DA/TSS will also be responsible for generating annual and ad hoc reports from patient data. Responsible for day-to-day end-user desktop support, customer service, end-user training, troubleshooting and network support.
Will follow role assignments that are in alignment with the Patient Centered Medical Home Standards, and participate in all Patient Centered Medical Home efforts.
Education: BA degree or commensurate experience
Type at least 55 wpm with two-three years data entry experience.
2-3 years IT experience
Saturday hours, evening hours and/or may be required to work at a different site.
