We are now hiring for a full-time Program Supervisor to join our Palos team!
The Program Supervisor will supervise the Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review Program. The Program Supervisor will also provide oversight of the assessment requirements for the Williams and Colbert Class Members.
Essential Job Functions:
Supervises clinically licensed staff who conducts screenings of clients with serious mental illness placed in nursing homes and long- term care facilities to determine their readiness to move to a community setting.
Reviews and sign off on all assessments and after care recommendations.
Some administrative work required including data entry in State client information and billing Systems.
Serves as a liaison to the Department of Mental Health and Department on Aging.
Some travel to meetings and facilities required
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health or related field required.
LCSW or LCPC required
Experience in working with clients with Mental Health issues required.
Must have access to a vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to perform essential job function.
Versatility in supervisory and administrative tasks required.
