Responsible for all aspects of the field time and attendance system including but not limited to monitoring, time entry functions, verification of service delivery and report management. This position works with the Director of Home Care to ensure service delivery was completed in accordance to the scheduled time and client satisfaction is achieved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (These include but are not limited to the following. The company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time.)
• Reviews electronic visit verification reports for employee no shows and call offs • Performs time evaluation and time transfer processes, evaluates errors and ensures appropriate corrections take place. • Reviews variance reports of electronic verification visits • Contacts clients to verify employee attendance • Implements employee schedule changes or updates when required • Monitors client service delivery and responds accordingly. • Conducts client satisfaction surveys • Uses data analysis to recommend changes in client service delivery • Generates electronic reports and electronic analysis of report findings • Creates spreadsheets • Performs other projects and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. )
EDUCATION: • High School diploma or GED a must ( bachelor’s degree preferred but not required) • Skilled in utilizing a personal computer and associated software programs • Good verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
