We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for administrative coordination of the department. Will assist with organization activities and special projects as directed
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring administrative projects.
Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.
Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
We require three to five years of professional experience in administrative or related field.
The ideal candidate will possess superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Possess exceptional PC skills ( Microsoft Word and Excel are required), proficiency in the use of computerized spreadsheets and ability and willingness to learn new software and programs. Communicate effectively and excellent customer service skills.
Must be flexible, adaptable, work on a wide variety of tasks in a team environment, and outstanding problem solver with sound judgments. The ability to meet deadlines, set priorities, work independently and proactively, handle highly sensitive information, and maintain strict confidentiality. Be able to work additional hours as needed.
