The Data Entry Specialist reports to the Outreach & Volunteer Manager and is responsible for the assisting with data entry tasks and any assigned projects. The Data Entry Specialist will ensure all activities are in concert with the organization's achievement of its mission.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Donor database data entry
Enter contributions/revenue, professional partners, and update account records
Input membership data into NAMI 360 system
Generate letters/forms and mail the following: thank you letters & membership renewal letters/forms
Filing and scanning of contribution records
General data entry
Assist NAMI staff with data entry, mailings and filing/scanning as needed
Upload email lists into Mailchimp listserv
Enter/update referral database records in Microsoft Access
Enter program evaluations as needed in Microsoft Access
Assist with general mailings and assembly of packets for programs
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Access and Excel
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
