The Board seeks an outgoing, community-oriented candidate with strong leadership, fund development, financial management, partnership, and organization skills. Ideal candidate brings passion, commitment and understanding of afterschool, youth development and trends. Experience in developing funding relationships with foundations, corporations, and government partners. Ability to mobilize staff, partners, and constituents toward impact and outcomes. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and verbal and written skills. Requires five or more years of applicable leadership and management experience.
