We are seeking a tech savvy, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Quality Assurance Department. The position entails processing/entering data from various sources into a Microsoft Access Client database (and ancillary databases) for storage, processing and data management purposes. Strong Access experience is a plus, but data entry at a minimum of 40 WPM is required for this position. Additional activities include providing administrative support to the Director of Quality Assurance with other quality assurance activities.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of college or High School Diploma with relevant experience; computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access; accurate keyboard skills; and proven ability to enter data at the required speed. Ideal candidates must possess excellent verbal/written communication (i.e., correct spelling, grammar and punctuation) and follow-up skills, and be comfortable working in a professional environment where attitude, work ethic and accountability matter.
