Position Duties: Counsel victims of sexual violence, promote use of sexual assault services by Spanish speaking clients, provide direct services in Spanish as needed, and assist with the 24-hour response for crisis intervention, as needed. MA/MS required.
Master's degree in professional counseling, social work, or related field
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Complete forty (40) hours ICASA approved sexual assault training
No physical or mental impairments which would prevent or render impossible the performance of the duties of this position
Sensitivity to the cultural and socio-economic characteristics of persons served
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials
