Program Supervisor responsibilities include:
Provide oversight and leadership to a team of case managers and case aides.
Provide consultation on individual cases on a regular basis.
Evaluate staff performance.
Ensure that DCFS performance standards are met and develop methods to enhance the quality of services.
Provide back-up for team members, including providing services to clients when necessary.
Masters Degree in Social Work or other human service field required.
Minimum of 5 years child welfare experience required.
Previous supervisory experience a plus.
Child Welfare Employee Licensure required.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
