The Women's Treatment Center provides chemically dependent women with a continuum of care, recovery tools, and parenting skills to maintain a sober lifestyle as they rebuild their lives and futures and mend the bonds with their families. We are one of the few substance abuse programs in the nation that can accommodate children in residential treatment, making us particularly responsive to the needs of chemically dependent mothers. We are Joint Commission Accredited.

We are recruiting a Parenting Director, to provide direction and oversight to our Parenting Department and Parent-Child Center that is staffed by child care workers. Also responsible for the supervision of Parent educators, home visiting staff, case and managers. Knowledge of addictions is a plus.
Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education(required), specializing in infant mental health required; or Doctorate in Early Childhood preferred.
Experience: Two to three years of experience as a Director (only with children/families).
Display the ability to respect the infant/mother bond as well as consideration for mother’s needs as an individual.
Cultural sensitivity required.
