Case Management/Social Services, Executive/Senior Management, Program Management
Identifies the workforce and health / wellness needs of the community. Seeks and secures funding for programs that meet those needs and then fully implements and incorporates those programs into the division. Ensures the achievement of divisional and programmatic goals through leadership and management of operations; including fiscal management, personnel and policies/procedures. Communicates a vision for quality, culturally competent services in accordance with agency mission, philosophy, and values and oversees the mechanisms that facilitate their implementation. Utilizes competency-based criteria for supervision and evaluation of division supervisors, and ensures that all divisional staff have clearly defined performance expectations. Develops strategic plans that include realistic goals, objectives, and quality criteria to address needs; and ensures the collection of data as part of the quality improvement process. Collaborates with the Vice President and Development Department to secure resources for the division.
Master’s degree from an accredited institution in workforce development, education, human services or related field preferred.
5 years experience in a managerial capacity with demonstrated success in developing, implementing and monitoring workforce, educational and/or human service programs.
5 years experience selecting, developing and evaluating staff. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
