Neumann Family Services is a large non for profit agency located on the north side of Chicago providing day and residential services to adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
A member of the interdisciplinary team, responsible for the supervision, training and implementation of individual program plan, behavior management program, all client related activities and required documentation as defined by the interdisciplinary team, accreditation and funding organizations.
Responsible for successful implementation of behavior plans for 1:1 members, who receive our services
Complete Medicaid billing for services provided
Assist assigned member to move successfully through her/his day
Engage positively and fully with member
Ability to be flexible with work hours is desired
Candidate must hold a bachelors degree in Human Services or related field. One year of experience working with special poplulations preferred. Possess a strong desire to begin a career in social services, working with MI/DD poplulations.
