This position serves as a combination of Administrative Assistant, Receptionist and gives support to the Board of Director Committees.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: providing Administrative Assistance to HR and other Departments. Assists with supporting Board of Director committees and meetings. Manages front desk responsibilities such as managing office supplies & equipment, handling mail, etc. Welcomes and directs visitors. and incoming calls. Manages office supplies and handles all incoming and outgoing mail. Provides back-up for background checks and other HR tasks.
Must have ability to to attend early evening Board committee meetings.
Minimum of 2 years office experience.
Board experience a plus.
Must have minimum High School Diploma or GED. Some College/training is preferred.
Strong intermediate skills and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Micro Soft Office, and other software.
Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deal with a wide variety of people and handle multiple projects with defined deadlines.
Personable, professional, and has ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all communications and information.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Must have ability to pass all background/drug and other tests and requirements.
