Suggested Scope of Service: This RFQ will result in a year-long (September 2017-June 30, 2018) contract to provide clinical supervision four hours a month for a group of no more than five master’s level social work staff from Enlace’s Street-Based Counselors program.
Enlace Chicago is looking for candidates that are a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in good standing with IDFPR and have a background in or knowledge of:
Practicing social work in a bilingual (English and Spanish) setting;
The Little Village community;
Working with family groups;
Individual counseling with high-risk individuals and individuals who have had contact with the criminal and juvenile justice system; and

A brief written description of the consultant’s approach to clinical supervision and the expectations they have of supervisees.
A brief written description of the consultant’s qualifications.
A list of comparable projects undertaken by consultant.
A copy of the consultant’s resume.
A list of three references.
Estimated cost of service.
Proof that the consultant is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in good standing with IDFPR.
