Keshet’s GADOL Program was established in 2002, to bridge the gap that now exists in community-based programs serving young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Keshet offers state-of-the-art programming and vocational opportunities under the leadership of a supportive staff of directors and specialists, all trained to enable adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities to r...each their potential. Based in Skokie’s Wi-Fi Building, this program supports Keshet’s mission and is rich in Jewish traditions, values and rituals. GADOL team members are entrenched within their community throughout the day. Comprised of three primary components – GADOL balances vocational/life skills training with the opportunity for socialization, recreation and physical exercise to further increase our adult team members' overall quality of life.
