On October 3rd, we're building on our powerful combination of luxe resale and philanthropy with a second location in Chicago. Our expansion will allow us to have an even greater impact on the worthy charities we support. To ensure the success of our new location, we need two, part-time Store Managers.
Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager with all day-to-day operations of North Shore Exchange In The City, including personnel, sales promotions and inventory control. Provide superior customer service and assistance to customers, consignors and donors. Supervise volunteers. Help facilitate intake, item display, and donor communication. Oversee donation pickups. Provide a welcoming, inclusive working environment for volunteers.
