We are now hiring for a full-time Program Supervisorto join our Calumet Team!
Essential Job Functions:
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of assigned programs including, but not limited to, program development, client recruitment, creating or improving client services, and staff management.
Manage complex contracts to implement programs, comply with contractual requirements, and supervise staff effectively.
Create and/or monitor systems to ensure timely client documentation.
Responsible for ensuring there is sufficient client outreach and activity to achieve targets and funder requirements.
Responsible for the implementation and supervision of key performance outcome measures.
Review documentation and compliance data to ensure funder deliverables are met.
Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of services. Collects and analyzes information to assess client service needs regularly and creates and implements work plans to address those client service needs.
Responsible for all personnel matters within several programs including, but not limited to, hiring, assigning work, regular supervision sessions, disciplinary matters, training needs, and terminating of staff.
Monitor and review performance expectations and, if applicable, productivity expectations with staff.
Keep program expenses within the budget and recommend program budget to their supervisor.
Assure appropriate integrations of multi-service, multi-disciplinary, and systems approach to programs.
Develop and maintain contacts with community groups relating to program and client needs.
Work collaboratively with community agencies, organizations, and institutions.
Work collaboratively with other program supervisors in the programs to carry out agency and program goals.
Work effectively with diverse staff and service population.
Master’s Degree or higher and 5 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to efficiently supervise staff.
Mobility for travel.
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
