The Community Programs Engagement Coordinator (CPEC) is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of TCA’s community engagement program, TCA clinics and target communities. His/her goal is to add new patients to the health clinic and ensure overall satisfaction in the care they receive. The CPEC will create, attend and/or run events to meet with adults and seniors and community influencers; to market TCA’s clinic and programs to potential new patients; build relationships with prospective patients; and schedule initial visits for those prospects interested in becoming a patient of one of our centers.
Serving as the lead for recruiting new patients, developing and executing a successful patient recruitment strategy
Managing all aspects of generating prospective patient leads, from gathering contact information, following up to invite prospective patients to tour our community center and facility
Conducting open houses, programs, and fairs for prospective and interested patients and their families
Introducing new patients to the center on their first visit and will periodically check in with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the care they are receiving
Planning, participating, and leading a variety of outreach/marketing activities and events in TCA’s local communities, including health fairs, presentations at on public housing properties or senior’s residences, activities at churches and food pantries, and any place where adults may benefit from learning about our service offerings
Developing deep ties within the community to continuously connect with new prospective patients;
Attending community meetings and events on behalf of TCA to hear and better understand community interests, concerns, and activities, and to reciprocally provide information about community engagement, and advocate for participation’
