The Behavior Analyst will act as a leader in the collaboration with customers, family members, the Outcome Support Team (OST) and other stakeholders to implement and monitor customer Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Follow best practice models for implementing positive behavioral interventions and model and train agency staff and volunteers. Regularly visit all customers, write accurate clinical notes, collect and monitor BSP tracking data and respond and revise plans as appropriate. Provide in-home training and support to direct supports staff and OST. Participate and contribute to annual staffings and team meetings as appropriate. Work in collaboration with Director of Quality Assurances to support implementation of basic assurance systems and develop quality enhancement activities. Ensure compliance with state regulations and guidelines.
Degree, preferably a Master's, in Applied Behavior Analysis
BCBA, Behavior Analyst or BCaBA
1500 hours of experience supervised by a BCBA or licensed psychologist
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
Experience supporting individuals with significant physical and mental health challenges required
Demonstrated commitment to the philosophy of person-centered services and positive behavior supports for people with developmental disabilities
Valid Illilnois driver's license in good standing with ability to travel to multiple sites required
Flexible schedule and ability to work afternoons and early evenings
