Case Management/Social Services, Executive/Senior Management, Program Management
Responsible for overall management of six or more clinical programs and provide direct supervision to Clinical Program Coordinators, or if none assigned, Clinical Program Supervisors. In cases where reporting program, or program service does not have assigned supervisory staff, provide direct supervision to staff.
Provide direct clinical supervision and support to Clinical Program Coordinator, and/or Clinical Program Supervisor, and/or staff in reporting program service for which no supervisory staff has been assigned/designated.
Monitor supervised staff for performance, attendance, and completion/documentation of their reporting staff performance evaluations.
Provide group clinical supervision.
Complete supervised staff performance reviews and maintain records to same.
Develop goals and objectives specific to each managed program or service.
Program development specific to each managed program or service and reflective of its established goals and objectives.
Evaluation of program efficiency and effectiveness.
Approve staffing patterns and attend clinical staffing.
Monitor financial and clinical aspect of grants.
Direct involvement with Haymarket Center systems development.
External marketing of managed programs and Haymarket Center overall.
Networking and public relations.
Provide monthly report to the Director of Clinical Services that is reflective of each managed program or service’s activities in addition to other written reports that may be requested or required.
Assist in fund seeking activities and grant preparation.
Facilitate didactic and therapeutic groups as needed.
Advocate for Haymarket Center in the substance abuse field.
Conduct secondary / tertiary interview with job applicants and present recommendations for hire to Director of Clinical Services.
MSW or MA with clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC)
Minimum of 3 years experience in the substance abuse field
Minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience
Knowledge and ability to manage 5 or more clinical programs or services
Knowledge of family based treatmentand evidence based interventions
Knowledge of area funding sources and experience in report writing.
