Clinical Supervisor for Thresholds’ Innovative Young Adult Program- Emerge West Thresholds, Illinois’ oldest and largest provider of mental health services, is looking for a dynamic Team Leader for our MindStrong program based in the Western suburbs of Chicago. MindStrong will provide state-of-the-art services to youth and young adults experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Team Leader responsibilities include clinical leadership of a multidisciplinary team, some direct individual and family clinical services, and community outreach and education to schools, hospitals, physicians, and other potential referral sources. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the development of an innovative team – the first of its kind in Illinois - utilizing specialized treatment models based on the most up to date research. Sound clinical skills and judgement, management experience, and good presentation skills are essential.
LCSW or LCPC and experience with youth/young adults required.
