Job Summary: To help maximize the value of the Make-A-Wish brand in Illinois, this role will be responsible for coordinating and deploying digital content that is frequent, high-quality, and strategically focused on mission delivery. This will include curating, procuring and creating content, implementing an editorial calendar and participating in analysis to determine successful approaches.
Develops and deploys mission-related content via a variety of media (video, written, pictorial) across multiple digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic campaigns on various social media platforms.
Oversees constituent Social Media Ambassador program and develops relationships with key social media ambassadors and bloggers to engage/activate them.
Supports production of wish family, volunteer and development-focused videos for distribution.
Coordinates social media content calendar and maintains social media sites (currently Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) and responds to comments, as needed.
Moderates the existing social groups and provides guidance for need/development of future similar groups
Analyzes metrics and data to inform social media strategy.
Coordinates email marketing program, inclusive of newsletters and event-specific promotions.
Maintains website content.
Contributes to brand integrity by reviewing materials and ensuring brand guidelines are upheld
