The Women's Treatment Center provides women with multiple health issues including addiction to prescription medications and other illicit substances and their children with a continuum of care, recovery tools, and parenting skills to maintain a sober lifestyle as they rebuild their lives and futures and mend the bonds with their families. We are one of the few substance abuse programs in the nation that can accommodate children in residential treatment, making us particularly responsive to the needs of chemically dependent mothers.
We are recruiting 1 LPN for a position on the Outpatient unit to be responsible for:
Health assessment screening of all admissions. Dispensing methadone medication to patients. Implementing nursing interventions and evaluating the nursing care provided.

Duties to include dispensing medication to clients, maintaining medication stock, and all medication administration records, planning and coordinating patient care, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.

Graduate from accredited school of nursing required. LPN State licensure required. 2-3 yrs experience with medical/surgical experience and/or experience with substance abuse patients preferred.
