Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, responsible for bookkeeping functions including account receivable, accounts payable and payroll. This position will also provide support to the Finance Director in the area of government grant management.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting required.
Three years of experience in non-profit accounting preferred
Prior experience with nonprofit accounting software preferred.
Experience in government grant allocations preferred.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office: Work and Excel required.
A commitment to non-violence within families and homes and an understanding of domestic violence issues. 40 hour Domestic Violence Training will be provided.
