Service, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, organized and creative person to join our team of Individual Service Coordinators/QIDP. Support self-advocacy and choice of services centered around quality of life, personal well-being and empowering individuals with I/DD through the person-centered planning process. Work with local partner agencies and families while expanding your knowledge as Illinois reshapes I/DD system.

Detail orientated with the ability to work independently
Ability to analyze a situation utilizing critical thinking skills to promote communication and problem solving
Ability to work well with a diverse range of backgrounds and cultural needs

Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in a human service related field
Minimum of one-year experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
Current certification and experience as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional, (Preferred) OR Must meet requirements for certification as a QIPD and complete training within six months.
Computer literate, experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Valid Illinois Driver’s License (Required)
