We have an opening for a Manager of Individual Giving who will be responsible for annual unrestricted support among donors at the $1,500-$50,000 levels. They will manage the daily operations of our Circles donor program including the qualification and cultivation of new donors, solicitation, and stewardship. In addition, the manager will oversee the daily operations of the Shapiro Society, our planned giving program. The manager will be expected to spend up to 50% of their time in one-on-one meetings with donors.
Desired qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree; three to five years of progressive experience in a fundraising office, with a demonstrated understanding of individual giving practices and direct solicitation experience; and:
Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to multi-task with grace.
Experience managing professional staff.
Highly detail-oriented and accurate and be skilled in computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge is preferred.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm and weekends and evenings as required. Ability to operate computers, printers, and telephones and general mobility throughout the building required.
