Young Adult Team Leader/Manager – DuPage County
Thresholds has an exciting opportunity in our Westmont office for an L.C.S.W. to lead the Young Adult team serving DuPage County/Western Cook County. As part of the management structure of the program, the Team Leader functions as senior clinician and is responsible for the direct supervision of all staff to insure quality service delivery to clients. Additional responsibilities include training and onboarding of new staff, maintaining the standard operating procedures of the site, and direct clinical service. The Team Leader will play an integral role in program growth via community outreach and education efforts to increase knowledge and visibility of Thresholds’ programs in the Western suburbs.
