A unique opportunity for an Executive Assistant & Community Coordinator
An excellent opportunity has opened up at The Danish Home of Chicago, a “Boutique Senior Community”. We are a Non-Profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (40+ Residents) located in the historic Norwood Park, a residential area on the Chicago Northwest side. No Federal or State reimbursement – All Private pay residents.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to replace our incumbent who is relocating after 14 years of service to support the President /CEO and Marketing/Event coordination of the community.
Minimum of five years of office experience, Associates or Bachelor’s degree helpful
Event management experience required
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with fundraising databases required – E-tapestry a plus
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ability to work evenings or weekends, as necessary
Additional Salary Information: Salary is negotiable based on experience.
