We are in need of an Accounting Generalist in our Business Department to perform accounting and payroll functions.
The Accounting Generalist will perform a variety of accounting functions pertaining to purchasing, payroll, general ledger and any other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Finance of the Director of Accounting.
process weekly purchasing orders
process client and staff payroll
collect, record, and post receipts for various store purchases each month
process staff's monthly mileage and expense reimbursement
record daily purchase order requests and processing through approval levels
primary back up for all accounting functions which include Accounts Payable, ROCS Billing entry, Accounts Receivable deposits and posting
maintain confidentiality with all clients and their families

Minimum Educational and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
At least 5 years of accounting and related payroll experience
Preferred education/experience: Associates degree in accounting
