We are in need of a Principal Gifts Associate for our Development and Planned Giving department.
The Principal Gifts Associate supports those activities which support and recognize current and prospective donors to Clearbrook. An ideal candidate for the position is someone with well-developed relationship-building and collaboration skills. They are an integral member of the capital campaign team and will work closely with capital campaign leadership. Must have an understanding of and commitment to Clearbrook's mission.
make reminder calls and send reminder emails to all meeting attendees
attend meetings of the campaign committee, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes
support quarterly events pertinent to development and fundraising such as cultivation events, strategic receptions, and educational presentations
create, maintain, and manage records of prospects in the Raiser's Edge database
administer all campaign mailings, reports, pledge reminders, acknowledgements, etc.
generate regular pledge, cash, and aging reports in addition to the analysis of campaign results
manage inventory of office supplies and donor literature
prepare and distribute all campaign correspondence
prepare materials and refreshments for meetings as needed
collaborate with other staff members and vendors
schedule appointments with current and prospective donors

Minimum Educational and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of experience with development, fundraising, and/or marketing
Preferred experience includes: experience with Raiser's Edge database
