Barrington Youth & Family Services (BYFS) is non-profit social services resource in the Barrington (IL) community offering counseling, education, and prevention solutions. BYFS is a vibrant, innovative, go-to agency that collaboratively responds to the social and emotional needs of the community.
Child, adolescent, adult and older adult clients are served at our agency.
Ability to establish therapeutic relationship, create mutually agreed upon treatment goals, manage clinical charting, and collaborate with a clinical team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Establish therapeutic relationship.
Develop treatment plan.
Manage electronic medical record from intake to discharge.
Collaborate with clinical team.
Maintain case load.

Qualifications and Skills
BYFS is seeking a licensed mental health professional with at least 3 years clinical experience.
Masters in counseling field required.
Candidates with CADC, trauma informed, and/or domestic violence/sexual assault training would be bringing a nice added benefit to our clinical team.
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
