Retention Plus a unique “sustainable workforce” program that engages employers as financial contributors and partners in the program’s success. The program utilizes specially trained coaches to support front-line workers who are having difficulty navigating issues such as childcare, transportation, housing, health, and financial stability. In addition, the program works with employer-members to build supportive, inclusive, workplace cultures through tailored leadership, management, and front-line employee trainings.
Integral to the program and its success is the rigorous use of data for both program improvement and reporting purposes.
Under the direction of the Director of OCS and the Executive Director, the Program Manager markets and sells the Retention Plus program to client companies to increase employee retention, engagement, and productivity. This position will direct client recruitment, manage program staff and monitor program performance and outcomes.
Leads new business development through marketing strategies including cold calling, referrals, leads, meetings, and networking events.
Represents OAI and Retention Plus program at conferences, events and other public functions
Onboard new client companies and maintain regular contact to determine satisfaction and receive feedback.
Documents the quality and performance of the program services through data driven analysis and return on investment calculations.
Oversees program budget.
Supervises Career Coaches who work directly with employees at client sites.
Assist as needed to provide services and support to employees at client sites.
Liaison with Worklab Innovations replication management team including attending meetings, trainings, webinars and monthly coaching calls.
Assist senior management with philanthropic fundraising for program sustainability.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Administration, or business field strongly preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Experienced in effectively promoting and selling services to potential clients.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
5+ years in similar role - preferably in the non-profit arena.
Must be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
