Travel Requirements: Primary duties can be completed in PFF main office location. Some travel may be necessary for Signature Events and Summit.
Primary Role: The Annual Program Manager is responsible for managing and advancing the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation’s relationship with our Annual Program supporters. Annual Program initiatives include Annual Appeals, Tributes, Workplace Giving, Recurring Giving and Matching Gifts. The Annual Program Manager will drive acquisition, retention, and upgrade strategies through Annual Program initiatives.
Manages the strategy for key Annual Program initiatives to achieve fundraising goals, including but not limited to: Direct Mail, Email/Social Media/Online Giving, Memorial and Tribute Giving, Recurring Giving, Workplace Giving, and Matching Gifts.
Create and manage donor acquisition, retention, upgrade and stewardship strategies to ensure that supporters remain active participants in the mission of the PFF.
Responsible for managing strategy, copy-writing, and production of all Annual Program campaigns.
Works closely with the Sr. Director of Development Operations to build an Annual Program that serves as a donor pipeline.
Establishes long term goals and annual objectives for the Annual program.
Manages the budget for Annual programs.
Manages vendor relationships as it relates to Annual programs
May be required to attend Foundation related events.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
Three or more years of experience in annual giving fundraising and extensive knowledge of building and managing a donor pipeline.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
Experience with Donor Perfect Online preferred.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to set priorities, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines and fundraising goals.
Work effectively in a team- orientated, collaborative environment and builds positive relationships with volunteers, donors, vendors, and staff while maintaining professional boundaries.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to identify potential conflicts and proactively produces resolutions, problem-solve, and make sound decisions utilizing appropriate judgment.
Broad knowledge of the principles of fundraising.
Experience in donor strategy development, cultivation and stewardship.
