Administrative Support, Case Management/Social Services
Supervises and provides clinical support and consultation to Access and Referral Staff as well as provides clinical supervision to Outpatient Mental Health staff in their day to day processes and job responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees day to day clinical tasks of Access and Referral Staff, ensuring quality care and customer service
Provides supervision to Outpatient Mental Health Therapists and Access & Referral Staff.
Provides clinical support, supervision and consultation to support and broaden staff skill levels
Ensures completion of all agency required paperwork and documentation for all clients.
Participates in planning process with Director/VP/Associate VP of service line for program development, resource deployment and utilization, community linkages.
Participates in hiring process for positions within specific service line, as needed.
Coordinates with other program Coordinators and Directors as needed.
Orients and trains new and existing staff.
Completes evaluations in collaboration with direct supervisors for staff within service area.
Ensures all existing protocols are followed, updated and trains staff accordingly.
Ensures staff attendance at Pillars all-staff meetings as well as all other required meetings.
Completes regular program evaluations and inter-agency communication to ensure that the program continues to achieve objectives effectively.
Maintains a small outpatient mental health caseload.
Provides services on-site, in-homes, and off-site at community partners (including schools, police stations, etc) where appropriate.
Provides crisis support to clinics as needed (Crises should take priority over regular sessions).
Client follow-up as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field required. LCSW/LCPC/LMFT required. Supervisory experience required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required.
