The Principal is responsible for the leadership of the institution in compliance with PACHS policies and all applicable federal, state and local laws. The principal oversees the day-to-day administration of the institution and will work with the faculty, students, parents and surrounding neighbors to foster and enhance programs at PACHS; promotes the PACH'S brand so that PACHS is a school of choice for all out-of-school students; articulates and executes visionary leadership with the Executive Director, collaborates with faculty to foster excellence in teaching and emerging trends in education; provides for the safety of all staff and students by ensuring fidelity to relevant policies and procedures; strengthens a commitment to the practice of transparency throughout PACHS; and; performs additional duties as assigned.
Masters degree in Education and a Professional Educator’s license with Administrative endorsement
5 years teaching and leadership experience
Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience with or knowledge of Danielson Framework
Knowledge of the current research, literature, trends, and developments in the field of educational administration, curriculum, assessment and data analysis
Performance Evaluation Review Act (PERA)designation is recommended but not required
Reports to the Executive Director
