The Women's Treatment Center provides chemically dependent women with a continuum of care, recovery tools, and parenting skills to maintain a sober lifestyle as they rebuild their lives and futures and mend the bonds with their families. We are one of the few substance abuse programs in the nation that can accommodate children in residential treatment, making us particularly responsive to the needs of chemically dependent mothers. We are looking for a Data Review Specialist to provide Database management and analysis for our center.
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director work with management and staff to ensure that the data collected for the agency is accurate, consistent and relevant to support the TWTC quality initiatives, grant reports, and fund development.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, plus the following;
A. Specialized training and demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and computer software including Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access software applications and SPSS, required.
B. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently and effectively with program directors and other staff as required.
C. Experience: Data management experience with design of databases, accurate data collection and input, conducting queries and analysis, report preparation using graphs and other data analysis tools. Proficient in the use of a computer and its software. Four or more years of increasing responsibility in research and continuous quality
D. Proficient in the use of a computer and its software. Four or more years of increasing responsibility in research and continuous quality improvement required.
E. Knowledge of electronic medical records a plus.
