Outreach Community Counseling Centers
The Outreach Community Counseling Centers primarily serve under-resourced populations including low-income, immigrant, and refugee individuals and families. Located in Carol Stream, Wheaton and Warrenville, the centers provide individual, couple, family and group therapy for a full range of concerns including family conflict, depression, anxiety, trauma and loss as well as crisis intervention for runaway and homeless teens and transitional housing for young women. Additionally, the counseling center in Carol Stream offers evaluation and treatment for ADHD, psychological assessment for emotional and learning disabilities and wellness.
The Director of Clinical Services provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the counseling programs in 3 different communities and actively collaborates with the Director of the psych assessment program. Responsibilities include staff planning and supervision, program planning and development, outcome and statistical reporting, program marketing and the development of community relationships, financial management and coordination of services between programs. The Director of Clinical Services may maintain a small counseling caseload at their own discretion.
The Director of Clinical Services reports to the Chief Operating Officer, participates as a member of the OCM Management Team, supervises all Counseling Program Directors and the Practice Manager, and leads the clinical leadership team.
Full-time management position with primarily daytime hours. Occasional evening or weekend work for community events, fundraising events and back-up crisis coverage.
Salary for this position falls between $70,000-$85,000 based on education, skills, and experience.
