WHAT YOU WILL DO
Annually develop and implement a fundraising plan based on year-to-year analysis of program progress and the health needs of the communities that the divisional healthcare facilities serve.
Design and implement program for Major Gifts and Annual Fund that is efficient and creative.
Assert leadership in the oversight, direction and supervision of activities and volunteers.
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and close Major Gift donors.
Facilitate and develop relationships, while being the key person for Foundation Board activities and information.
Provide creative leadership and logistical support to ensure successful development.
Develop capital campaign or major gift initiative strategies relevant to the specific needs in the division, as appropriate.
Create case statement and lead feasibilities studies, with the assistance of an outside consulting group, when appropriate.
Assist in planning appropriate special events to engage external and internal donors/prospects.
Ensure potential donor relationships are cultivated.
Assure departmental administration is conducted in a manner consistent with best practices that are incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations, statues, and laws.
Responsible for entering in donor meeting notes, actions, proposals, and other items that pertain to the moves management process, in a timely manner.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree in Philanthropy or related field, and 5-7 years of executive-level experience in one or more of the following areas: Development, Fundraising, Communications, and/or Public Relations
