Search, Inc is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that would be responsible for behavioral assessments, functional analyses, behavior program design and development (based upon replacement behavior principles), data tracking and analyses, and ongoing monitoring of efficacy of individual program plans.
This individual would provide consultative services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, primarily living in a CILA/group home settins, collects and analyze data gathered from observations, both formal and informal assessments.
Flexible work hours and travel within the northwest suburbs and Chicago are required. This position requires a BCBA credential or a Level II equivalent.
Masters Degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field,
Must be licensed as a board certified Behavioral Analyst, a level II BCBA as approved by DHS, or license eligible,
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record,
