·Implement best practices related to gift processing, acknowledgements, recognition, donor records, stewardship, information tracking, and reports.
·Process all gifts, gift acknowledgments, fulfillments, and receipts in a timely manner.
·Serve as Raiser’s Edge database administrator, maintain user accounts and security, train users on confidentiality, provide user software training as needed, ensure compliance with organizational coding protocols, create online special events and program forms as needed using Blackbaud NetCommunity Spark.
·Create queries, reports, batches, exports, mailings, and dashboards using Raiser’s Edge and Crystal Reports; ensure accuracy of data entered.
·Update constituent records with current addresses and contact information.
·Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and files.
·Ensure all gifts, donations, and credit card transactions are entered into Raiser's Edge in an accurate and timely manner.
· Leverage Raiser’s Edge to advance organization’s fundraising efforts.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
· Produce reports, donor histories, mailing lists, event information, etc. as requested.
· Respond to donor requests; provide superior “donor customer service.”
· Assist with the planning and execution of donor stewardship activities.
·Reconcile monthly reports with Finance department.
·Process all cash and check deposits.
·Provide support for Development staff as needed.
·Provide support for Director of Development.
·Write and edit materials for a variety of communications vehicles (i.e., newsletter, annual report, website, etc.) as needed.
·Assume special projects or other activities as requested by the Director of Development.
·Provide support/registration for special events and donor cultivation and stewardship events.
·Remain current on new programs and initiatives in the development profession through independent study and participation in workshops/conferences.
·Supervise development volunteers-coordinate data entry assignments to support team members.
