Employee Relations Specialist
The Employee Relations Specialist reports directly to the Director, Employee Relations & Engagement. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting the agency’s employee relations function.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provides oversight, advice and counsel on employee relations matters such as corrective actions, harassment and policy violations to team leaders, program directors and management.
? Coaches managers in building high performance teams.
? Assesses employment?related risk in partnership with General Counsel.
? Independently conducts investigations into alleged violations of policies.
? Serves as a resource for employees who have work?related concerns.
? Develops metrics associated with employee engagement and employee relations issues to analyze response times, corrective action successes and performance improvement.
? Provides off?boarding process expertise including exit interviews.
? Coordinates unemployment claims and processes.
? Works on Employee Relations and Talent Management projects as needed.
