This position serves as a member of the 360 Youth Services Development Team. Responsible for overseeing fundraising events, ranging from mid-sized community gatherings to large-scale dinners. Coordinates and directs annual campaigns that elevate the financial profile of the organization. Assists Development Director to actively use social media to expand 360’s visibility and financial profile.
Plan, organize, market, coordinate and implement 360’s high-profile, fundraising events, including Annual Gala, Chocolate Walk and Cars for Cause.
Coordinate online registration and any purchasing transactions associated with each of the special events. Provide detailed financial reports of each event to include budgets and event analysis.
Maintain a calendar of events/activities that expands 360’s level of engagement within the community.
Work with Development Director to cultivate relationships with local businesses and civic organizations that expands the number of individual donors and event sponsors.
Use social media tools to elevate attendance at large events and collaborate with other 360 staff to formalize a social media calendar that expands 360’s visibility throughout the community.
Use electronic media tools to direct annual campaigns such as Year-End Appeal and Spring Appeal. Work closely with Development Director to establish fundraising and stewardship strategies associated with each campaign.
Develop parameters for a formalized volunteer program, which will allow for increased community engagement. Actively recruit, manage and thank all volunteers.

Represent the agency at community events, meetings and other functions as designated.
Enthusiastically participate in agency and departmental meetings.
