360 Youth Services is a not-for-profit that has been in operation since 1971. We are a close knit, team oriented agency dedicated to providing life changing services to youth.
As a therapist within the Counseling department, there are 3 main job responsibilities: provide short term skill based counseling services in local high schools, office or community based individual and family counseling services with youth ages 10-25, and assist with 24/7 coverage of a runaway/lockout crisis line that requires meeting youth at schools or police stations when they have been locked out or are refusing to return home.
Each therapist within our department attends weekly group supervision and individual supervision, depending on their experience and license. We strive to create a fun, ethical, and team oriented environment.
