The Job Coach provides supported employment training for persons working in the community and on grounds. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You must possess skills to work independently with outside vendors.
You must possess skills to work independently with outside vendors. A High School diploma is required. Associate or Bachelor's degree and one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal back ground check, physical and drug screening. You must be physically able to train persons on job tasks. Basic computer skills preferred.
Additional Salary Information: Starting salary is $10.33 per hour
