Position Summary: This position is responsible for utilizing office and online technologies to support the operations of the agency. This includes, but is not limited to: data entry, preparing reports, processing payments, answering phones & filing.
To provide general administrative support for all office staff.
To perform tasks in a variety of software applications including: Office365, QuickBooks, and a CRM program.
To complete tasks as assigned by Office Administrator including: maintaining financial records, clinical & donor files; performing receptionist tasks; coordinating mailings; supporting fundraising events.
The individual holding this position must be computer literate and task oriented.
Proven ability to manage a wide variety of administrative priorities as listed above including proficiency in learning office applications and software.
Good interpersonal and telephone skills.
Ability to support other employees with their administrative needs.
Ability to work in a flexible, interactive environment.
